400 local stops guide and accompany, in partnership with the Foundation.

In Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur: the offices in charge of access to housing rights accompany households in their administrative and legal processes.

In Ile-de-France: the Espace Solidarité Habitat (ESH) directly counselled and followed 2333 households in 2012. Since April 2011, the ESH has been a member of the Commission de Coordination des Actions de Prévention des Expulsions de Paris (CCAPEX, or the Commission of Coordination of Eviction Prevention Actions of Paris).
The Mission Ile-de-France gives support to more than 17 offices manned by organisations and scattered around the Region. It also accompanies awareness projects, training, managing vigil and reflection spaces.
The ESH of the Foundation is a space dedicated to access to rights targeting the badly housed public in the Paris area. Open since September 2000, this structure hosts, counsels and accompanies persons suffering from bad housing in Ile-de-France.
Since December 2009, the structure has been accommodating the Mission Ile-de-France of the Foundation in the aim of developing offices dedicated to access to rights in the remaining Departments of Ile-de-France.

Everywhere in France: the hotline "Allo prevention expulsion" (eviction prevention): the toll-free number - 0810 001 505 - brings necessary information to tenants as early as possible (first unpaid rents or start of the eviction procedure), to guide and help them with the legal and social steps they can take in order to prevent the eviction and raise awareness. This first of a kind service is available Monday to Friday, between 2 and 5 pm.

Since its creation, 6500 households have been informed, counselled and guided.
